Here is a tip on choosing insoles for your shoes. Insoles provide an array of benefits including pain relief for foot, ankle, and leg problems. They help to align the feet into a healthy and stable position while standing, walking, and running. There are a wide range of insoles, each for a different condition. If you experience aching or burning to the balls of your feet, particularly if you wear high heels, use a ball or foot cushion to decrease forward pressure. For flat feet, use an insole that supports your arches and controls heel pronation, which is when the foot rolls inwards. High arches respond well with a softer insole that offers support and flexibility. If you have painful bunions, try using a ¾ length insole instead of a full-length one to allow for more space in the toe box, which is the front part of your shoe. For heel spurs, select an insole that provides arch support and has a deep heel cup.

Carrying human beings to return to Heaven.
Let’s march together out of the galaxy,

I also hope that through this drawing more worldly people can awaken. May intelligent, worldly people all choose to adopt a vegan diet, no longer harming animal-people, bringing an end to pain in the world. The blue part represents the Ganges, and also represents the long history of Master’s teachings, which flow and spread to every corner of the world. The upper and lower drawings represent Light, the Sun and Moon, which shine at the same time to imply the balance of Yin and Yang.
