In February 2007, a wonderful Lunar New Year celebration was held in Hsihu,Taiwan,also known as Formosa. The highlight of the event was seeing Master's special guests of honor from the Philippines receive the Shining World Leadership Award：former President of the Philippines, His Excellency Fidel Ramos; president of the Gusi Peace Price Foundation Mr.Manuel Morato; and Philippines Senator, the Honorable Heherson Alvarez.
