Today, we are pleased to have Mr. Jon Nash, Ms. Megan Thomas, and Miss Seneca Jade from the Choctaw Yamassee Musgokee Community Nation to show us how to prepare a nutritious, delicious, and easy-to-make vegan bean pasta with cashew and mushroom cheese. Choctaw Yamassee Musgokee Community Nation has been committed to promoting love, peace, and harmony as well as plant-based foods to honor Mother Earth and Father Sun. All of their community members are vegan or vegetarian. Mr. Jon Nash is the Children's Ambassador and the founder of the Natural Leaders Foundation. Ms. Megan Thomas is a council member of the Choctaw Musgokee Yamassee Nation, a medicine woman healing with herbs and plants, and the Executive Producer of the Natural Leaders Foundation. Eight-year-old Seneca Jade is the chef of “The Princess in The Kitchen,” an internet-based organization educating people on how to live a sustainable and healthy lifestyle.
