Various reasons inspire people to switch from cooked food to the fruitarian diet. The transition one goes through to attain it can be a gradual process depending on the individual. Some fruitarians will eat only what falls naturally from a plant, and fruits, nuts and seeds that can be harvested without killing or harming the plant.
