We learned of the many factors influencing the drastic reality of the current climate and environmental situation. We also heard from various leaders, scientists and doctors on the topic. To be a true environmentalist, it was said, one would really need to be a vegan. The vegan diet, supported by many other small and worthy actions, really defines us as environmental guardians.
