Today we have a physical health tip from our Most Cherished Supreme Master Ching Hai.
Hi kids! Hope you are doing alright. When you are working too long hours, your wrist will get tired. You can put some small pads of high, soft fabric to ease the soreness and tiredness. Even just a couple of hair scrunchies – you bind them together and put under your wrist. That will help the part that is in contact with the desk to be more cushioned and comfy. The hair scrunchie looks like a donut. In the middle, there's a hole, so, the part of your palm that often is in contact with the desk will be almost free there, so it won’t be too sore after too many long hours. Attach as many hair scrunchies as you like until you feel it is right and comfy, because they have different sizes and different widths and thickness. You must try. It’s worth the investment. God loves you kids.
We Love You too, Supreme Master Ching Hai, and we appreciate Your thoughtful advice for protecting our precious health.
