“Use the wisdom torch to shine upon worldy affairs. Use morals and compassion to govern the nation. Every home is blissful, the world peaceful! You wish to have wisdom very much, is that right? She is the Living Master. She can help you fulfill your wish.”

Upon returning to the palace, Princess Ngọc Đan immediately applied to get initiation into the Quan Yin Method. Since then, she practiced diligently to cultivate virtues and wisdom to become a useful person. Not long after, the King passed the crown to Princess Ngọc Đan. Upon her enthronement, Ngọc Đan immediately issued a decree to mandate veganism to assure that all animal-people will be respected, loved, and live in peace.

“If the government doesn’t want people to eat meat anymore, then first they have to stop all the slaughterhouses, all the livestock industry. Close them all down. Give these business owners some subsidies so that they can turn that into a vegetable farm and fruit farm. And if there’s no meat to sell then there’s no people who can buy.”

“Since ancient times, the great kings were always those who have deep insight and those who practice a meditation method in order to be connected with Heaven and to know the will of Heaven before they are able to govern the earth’s affairs. That’s why since ancient times, the great kings of wisdom, they always ruled with compassion and wise systems. And their names always stay forever in the hearts of the people. And they never have to use violence or armed force to conquer, but they use love and wisdom.”

Since then, everywhere, from officials to citizens, were all vegan; everyone valued a spiritual life, ushering in an era of absolute peace and happiness. “If you want people to live peacefully and happily, you can't do it with a political trick, nor with a good plan; but only with morality. When people are moral, that is, they've attained the Tao, they'll be virtuous. When they're virtuous, they'll be peaceful. When they're peaceful, they'll be stable. Then there'll be no need for politics or evil governance, weapons, quarreling or controlling people, and no need to have police or an army.”
