Plant-Based on a Budget with Toni Okamoto

Through her popular Plant-Based on a Budget website that has been featured in publications such as Reader's Digest, US News & World Report, and more, Toni has shared how to eat vegan while saving money in the process. I have created it from the beginning. I got to do the design, the photos, the recipes, the meal planning, and it has been in the works for two years. I'm so excited to share it with the world. I included 100 recipes, all of which are 30 minutes to make or under, and $30.00 for the week of meal planning; and it will help people whether they are experienced chefs, or they're just stepping in. I give basics and I also give how to save even more money.
