Blend everything together until a sticky dough forms. Add 1-2 tablespoons (or 15 to 30 milliliters) of water to your dough if it is crumbly and blend it again. Add the brownie dough and one-fourth cup (or 60 grams) of vegan mini chocolate chips to a bowl and mix them together using a spoon, rubber spatula or your hands.
