Bob Lazar is a scientist and engineer who once worked at a secret military base called S-4, near Area 51 in Nevada, USA. In May 1989, Bob Lazar first revealed the advanced technologies of the spacecraft being studied, as he was one of the engineers invited to participate in this highly classified project.
