Out of Her loving concern regarding the COVID-19 pandemic, Supreme Master Ching Hai has given us general hygiene notes and other practical tips to protect ourselves and others in this urgent time. She then asked us to share them with the public.
“Please consider others. Make your own mask. You can see, with just a plastic band here, like this, you can hang it on your ear just like a professional one. And before I showed you how to make your own gloves already. And then outside, you wear the shield that’s made with hard plastic, that I have shown you previously, and then you’ll be safe enough. And you have to pray, of course. God is our true Protector in times of urgency.”
